Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for some assistance.

We are a fully Mac-based environment with Global Protect configured for always-on using certificates for authentication. Most of our GP clients are running version 6.0.7 or earlier, and with these versions, download speeds are not an issue, regardless of the macOS version. However, once we update to Global Protect version 6.0.10 or higher, download speeds drop significantly. I’ve been able to replicate this issue on my own machine by installing different versions and seeing the impact immediately.

Now that macOS Sequoia (15) is out, the only supported version of GP is 6.2.6, but we are still encountering the slow download speeds. This problem occurs across all of our Gateways, but when I switch to our Lab Portal, the issue doesn't happen at all. This suggests it might be related to a specific configuration setting on the firewall.

We’re using IPSec and have our DNS set to 8.8.8.8. Does anyone have any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this issue?

Thanks in advance!
