Hi All,

We defined different user roles in Portal to access the application and tools from the same user and we can see one application is running fine in the browser but other tools are not being connected on port 22.

Security access-policy is not being hit as we see in the list when trying to make a ssh connection from the source IP.

Can anyone suggest where is the possible issue ?

- do you use split tunneling

- is the app in a different network

- do you have application-default set in the security rule (are you sure the app is using the default port for the applciation, maybe try setting static ports as a test)
