&lt;P&gt;I recommend troubleshooting network connectivity to your portal. Can you reach the portal via browser? Do you have access to the firewall by chance? I would also check to see if you see your client IP making it through the firewall and hitting the portal. What do the logs look like? If you're not seeing any logs then there is some connectivity issues between your client and hitting the portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
