Hi @dave.pryor ,

Can you add more information ?

What OS are you trying to install this on ?

What GP version are you trying with ?

Is this an upgrade or a fresh install ?

Check if there is another GlobalProtect client installation in progress. Open the Task Manager and check if there are any other GlobalProtect processes running. If there are, end those processes and try to upgrade the client again.

Have you tried to restart your computer ? This will clear any temporary files or processes that may be interfering with the upgrade.

If you're upgrading, try uninstall the GlobalProtect client and then reinstall it. This will ensure that you have a clean installation of the client.

Can you check if the issue is specific to the user ? Can you try upgrading the GlobalProtect client for a different user on the same machine.

Kind regards,
