&lt;P&gt;Can you describe your issue a bit more and what you've done for troubleshooting? The client device that you're attempting to connect from doesn't trust the certificate on the portal/gateway, I'm assuming that the certificate that you have assigned is actually valid and &lt;EM&gt;should &lt;/EM&gt;be trusted by the client device?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
