&lt;P&gt;Based on the behavior I read in your other post, this seems very similar to existing bug where&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;real-time-protection status for Norton 360 was not detected on GP 5.2.8 / 6.0.3 for macOS 12.6.&lt;BR /&gt;This was supposed to be fixed however in GP 6.0.5.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Looks like you might be running into a regression bug of some sort.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would recommend reaching out to TAC for a confirmation/upgrade path.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
