Hello team:
To install GP on macOS SEQUOIA 15.4...
And enable the option in step 9:
Since connecting GP results in a blank screen.

In the Security & Privacy dialog, click the padlock icon to make changes, and then select App Store and identified developers in the Allow apps downloaded from area. Click Allow.
