Hi @R.Edwards554800 ,

Instead of checking the logs on the firewall, can you generate the logs from the GP client.

Check the PanGPS logs more particularly for disconnect reasons:

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/globalprotect/10-1/globalprotect-admin/globalprotect-apps/deploy-the-globalprotect-app-software/view-and-collect-globalprotect-logs

Hope this helps,

A user running MacOS 15.3.2 & GP 6.3.2 keeps getting automatically signed out of the VPN connection after 5-15 minutes. This is the only user having this issue in our organization and I am not able to replicate the issue.

I confirmed that everything on the client side is set up properly for GP, and I also had him update his computer to the newest MacOS and that did not seem to solve anything as he was booted out of the VPN connection again after 4 minutes. Checked the logs on the firewall and it looks normal but he is being signed off from the connection and he is not prompting it.

Not sure what else to troubleshoot so any insight would be appreciated.

just to verify if the issue is the computer or the user, have you tried letting him log on on a different system?
