Prefered GlobalProtect releases

I have two problems.

1. I have trouble checking the preferred globalprotect releases.

However, I don't have permission to view this page, and "Access Denied" is displayed. I cannot understand why this page requires higher privileges, despite containing critical information. It would be better to make this page public, without requiring a login.

2. Listing for version 6.3

A person told me that version 6.2.8 is currently the newest preferred release. However, I am using version 6.3. Why is version 6.3 not listed as the preferred release?

Not sure why you are getting that error. However here is a screenshot from today.

It takes time to 'bake' in the field before support tags it as preffered:
