Greetings folks,

I have GP working perfectly with IPv4, when I'm on any network that is v4 only I can VPN into my GP and it's fine.

My cellular carrier is Telstra and they assign a CGNAT v4 address and a public v6 address. When I hit my GP portal while hotspotting I get a 404 error and when I look through the logs I can see an error "gateway does not exist".

The ISP that this firewall connects to provides public addressing on v4 and v6 that doesn't change but they deliver it via DHCP so I can't choose the addresses in the GP config which I think might be part of my issue.

Has anyone seem something similar and have any advice please?

Cheers,

Steve

We had a similar issue and disabled routing option for ipv6 in global protect advanced settings, however we are using strata cloud so might just need to look into disabling IPV6 and it worked well!
