I have a valid license and portal. I can connect with a similar machine. This one stopped working after I installed CAC reader software and CITRIX client. I think it might have messed with the certificate store. I've uninstalled both the CAC reader and CITRIX client, but cant get GlobalProtect to work again. It keeps giving the following error. Has anyone else seen this?

Gateway DEV-VPN: Could not connect to gateway. The device or feature requires a GlobalProtect subscription license. If the issue persists contact your adminitrator.

Have you tried just uninstalling GlobalProtect and re-installing it to see if that clears things up?

Not a whole lot of information to go off of here based off of the device that we're actually talking about. I'm assuming that it's just Windows/macOS given the software mentioned, likely Windows. Is this potentially something like an ARM machine?
