Hi @ajaybabukp381 ,

If it's prompting a password for uninstalling then you likely have an uninstall password configured in the portal configuration:

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a document for your specific requirement.

However, you can try the following steps :

<LI-CODE lang="markup">> msiexec /x %userprofile%\Downloads\GlobalProtect64.msi /qn PASSWORD=YOURPASSWORD

> msiexec /x %userprofile%\Downloads\GlobalProtect64.msi /quiet PASSWORD=YOURPASSWORD</LI-CODE>

KB (without password requirement):

How to uninstall GlobalProtect without user intervention?

Hope this helps,

Hi,

Ajay this side from India. I'm hoping you can help me with the uninstallation of Global Protect.
I am an Administrator of ManageEngine Endpoint Central in my company. Recently, the latest patch of the Global Protect VPN client was installed in our environment on more than 400 machines. We now need to uninstall this version and reinstall an older, stable version

We were able to deploy the configuration successfully on some machines through ManageEngine within the IT Infra department. However, on other machines, once the configuration is deployed, it directly prompts the user for a password.

My query is: Can you help with commands that will supply the password automatically, without prompting the user?

Thanks in advance!
