    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, this can be related to EDR or similar application you use at company devices.Are you sure there is no any app&amp;nbsp;may prevent the service from starting.Try to disable everything possible&amp;nbsp; before installing GP to understand behaviour.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Global Protect Client Crash 6.3.3</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are running into very strange situation where Global Protect client "6.3.3" is not starting, you click the icon but nothing is working I tried check task manager it's there's but almost not consuming any resource. this happens over all company devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried installing the application in bran new laptop, it starts successfully the first time and asks for gateway ip then username and password then it disappears again and refuse to start again.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please advice!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you looked at your PanGPA.log and PanGPS.log files and verified that the agent and the service are actually communicating properly when they get into this state? Usually what you're describing is caused by the agent being unable to communicate with the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
