There are a lot of variables that can cause this. is it possible for you to upload your global protect logs? also a few questions
1. are you able to connect on other laptops/computer

2.are other people able to connect on your laptop/computer

3. does this always happen or just sometimes.

4. has this ever worked before

5. via command prompt are you able to resolve the host name i.e cmd nslookup for both portal and gateway URL

6. do you see successful connections to the portal and gateway via the traffic logs with the source ip of your public ip.

Are you using a machine certificate to log in to the gateway? Looks like there is an issue with the certificate on the client.
