Rapid connecting/disconnecting after some time

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on the issue I am having with GP. This is happening to all users but I haven't been able to find out yet WHEN does it start (but it's weeks/months after the temp fix).

When it starts, GP starts rapidly connecting and disconnecting every 1-2 seconds (the connection is established but straight ahead disconnected). The only solution is to sign out of the GP (under settings) and then login again).

Then it works again for some time... I don't know how to troubleshoot this 🙂

A bit of configuration I have (if it's relevant) but happy to post anything else that actually is relevant.

Agent config:
-> Generate cookie for auth override YES
-> Accept cookie for auth override YES
-> Cookie lifetime 90 Days
There are internal and external config: External has 5 sec cutoff time

GATEWAYS
External:
-> Client auth: Azure_SAML-Auth
-> Config auth override: Accept cookie for auth override YES
-> Cookie lifetim 90 days

Internal:
-> Client auth: Azure_PA-CIE-Auth
-> Config auth override: Accept cookie for auth override YES
-> Cookie lifetim 90 days

@GregorJus,

I would suspect that you're running into a cookie issue and the constant connections and disconnections that you are seeing. Disable 'Accept cookie for authentication override' on the Portal.
