&lt;P data-path-to-node="6,1,0"&gt;Ensure your PA-1420 serial number is registered under your account assets.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-path-to-node="6,2,0"&gt;There's a "Create a Case" button at the top of the CSP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
