&lt;P&gt;This sounds like an intermittent HIP detection issue rather than a standard GlobalProtect connectivity issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend checking the HIP Match logs for the affected user during both a successful and failed attempt, and collecting the GlobalProtect client logs from the endpoint when the issue occurs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issues with Norton 360</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using GlobalProtect 6.2.8 on Windows 11 and, sometimes, it doesn't recognise the antivirus as working/updated. I've updated Windows and checked everything is fin,&amp;nbsp; but it still doesn't connect. The issue doesn't continually happen, but randomly: sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it's connected and disconnects.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
