We are using Prisma access global protect services. with SAML authentication.

we have around 2000 users . we are looking a solution if any users unable to connect the global protect gateway so we can to get the email alert.

XYZ users are not able to connect global protect gateway ______ reason.

can anyone help to get this solution.

thanks for post!

The closest I can think of is to configure an email forwarding in Strata Logging Service: Forward Logs to an Email Server . In the log type use: "Network/GlobalProtect" and apply filter: Platform type = 'PRISMA_ACCESS' AND Event Status = 'failure'.

In the column "Connection Error" you get a short description of the reason for failure. If this is too brough or too noise, I would tweak filter to limit email forwarding only to specific connection errors.
