Have you turned off cached credentials? Windows should be able to log in using credentials used previously.

Are you using cert or cookie based pre-login?

If login fails, what steps are you taking to be able to log into Windows eventually?

At the time of the issue - do you see workstation being connected in firewall (Network > GlobalProtect > Gateways > Remote Users)?

Export logs from GlobalProtect agent and review if connection is established successfully before user logs into Windows.

So even if Global protect was connected before a logout, sometimes it wont let my AD users login to the computer at all saying We could not authenticate with the server basically, and few times if i let it sit for 10 seconds it will connect and im able to login without that error message. Is there any way to fix this? or any one experience something like this. thanks
