i have a problem with Global Protect page, after enter user name and password it shows

This page isn’t working

is currently unable to handle this request.

is there any idea

Please select Inspect and check the network logs and log a support request at https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/

your global protect portal using public cert ?

Make sure root certificate is installed correctly on client PC.

Check for logs on global protect client.
