Hi there, i have few Chinese employees complaining about the internet speed being very slow once connected to Global Protect in China. Anyone experienced this issue before?? Thanks in advance.

As per user :The Internet in China is very fast.
When I use the company vpn. It is very slow to receive even mails.
I don't know why.
The mail size of 20MB needs to be load for more than half an hour.

Asked to check with the Internet service provider in china to confirm whether network connection issue coming from their end.

Try to use SSL VPN. We face the same issue in China when IPSec is used.

If they do VPN from China outside China then great firewall of China is doing rate limiting .

I have seen that to many connections even with Palo Alto networks updates and not only with VPN connections .
