    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Support team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have purchased PA-3220 device for our project but unable to register online after entering serial no#, customer no# or customer PO number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your information, while registering account "it is showing that "unable to create user account" contact support team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following areas we need technical support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Activation through website is not working. We need to activate the firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Procedure for two things:&lt;BR /&gt;A. Passing through an internet connection from outside to inside the network.&lt;BR /&gt;B. Enable the firewall itself to connect to the internet to fetch updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know, if you need any additional information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
