topic IOT security is identifying devices in a wrong way in IoT Security Discussions

Hello , we are doing a poc for IOT security license , the IOT cloud service is identifying 85% of devices correctly , the rest of these devices are identified in a wrong and unacceptable way . For example the same device sometimes is identified as windows for 1 minute and the next minute is identified as android . Taking another example : for the same device we have SOURCE DEVICE OS VERSION : android 10.0 and SOURCE DEVICE OS FAMILY : Windows ( it just one example of more than 100 devices identified in a wrong way).

any suggestion to resolve this issue?

thanks in advance.
