&lt;DIV&gt;Test Source URL&lt;SPAN&gt;, the firewall fails to indicate whether it can reach the external dynamic list server and returns a URL access error (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Objects&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;External Dynamic Lists&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;/TD&gt;
&lt;/TR&gt;
&lt;/TBODY&gt;
&lt;/TABLE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and few says&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like there is bug with Palo Alto.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note Authentication is not enabled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help me out with issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I haven't faced such issue in a while, but if I remember correctly such bug could occur only if EDL is using HTTPS and you have configured certificate profile, not only when client auth is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to see/search entries from the EDL you can try to do it under CLI. I don't have access to console right now, but if you search with &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;&amp;gt; find command keyword external-list&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There were some options to list or search for specific entry.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to confirm that EDL content is successfully updated you can check the System logs under Monitor Tab. Also check the task manager for the EDL refresh jobs&lt;/P&gt;</description>
