We have a one customer who is using URL Filtering .

The customer is unable to access chat GPT Website . We have tried to change the URL profiles but still unable to access.

We have checked the URL Filtering action should allowed but still unable to access. we have tried all possible ways.

Kindly help me what should be done here.

What exactly is the behavior that the customer is seeing when they attempt to access ChatGPT? Do you allow access to the openai container application or have openai-base and openai-chatgpt allowed from a traffic standpoint?

You should be looking at the unified logs to see if you are denying anything that the client is attempting to access whenever they're using ChatGPT. If you've looked at the URL logs and aren't seeing anything get denied, I would suspect that what you're running into is App-ID related.

A good way to always test this is to create a temporary policy at the top of your rulebase that allows a test machine to access everything external with any application or profile restrictions assigned. If that works, you know it's an issue with something in your rulebase and you can start working backwards and adding in app-id restrictions and assigning profiles again.
