Obtaining License Actication Codes for New PA 1410's

Hi There,

We have 2 * new PA 1410 (NFR) units and whilst we have successfully registered the devices, we cannot work out how to obtain the licenses for which we purchased the units, i.e. "Core Bundle" licenses.

If someone can please advise, on how we locate and apply.

Hi @j.twomey ,

Someone in your organization was used as a contact for the deal registration and/or purchase. That person would have received an email with the authorization codes for the licenses.

Thanks so much Tom and you were spot on. Our distributor sent us an email with serials and auth codes, at the time of unit dispatch. All registered very easily thereafter!
