PA-450 shutdown not working and device get rebooted after sometime .

Hello

I have issued the "request shutdown system" to our PA-450, but we didn't unplug the power immediately.

After 10 minutes, the system get rebooted.

Base on the KB(How to Perform a Graceful Shutdown ), the system should be in halted state, in order to boot the system again, we must unplug the power and plug the power back.

Is this a known issue? Our PA-450 is on 11.0.2-h2

To check if this is a known issue, can you please collect the CLI output, a TSF, and mention these same steps and open up a TAC case? Our support team can check if there have been any similar reported issues or check with our engineering to see if this is a previously reported issue or if this is new.
