PA 440 just stopped working

I have a 2 PA 440 os 10.2.7 at two completely different locations and suddenly stopped working. I don't see any advisories out, anyone else seeing this recently

If you can go ahead and open a case and upload your TSF so that support can go ahead and analyze why the devices suddenly stopped working that can help get some traction for you on this issue.

yes this was the first thing I did, I was hoping someone would have heard about an alert of update on a software bug or something, used to be able to get really good answers in the live community
