What is the seq number in userID log ?

What is the seqno field in userID logs(below link) ? What is the range for that? Will it rollover when it reaches the maximum ?

Hello,

This is a sequence number for the log entry itself which the logging systems use to keep track of the logs. It's not used for anything actually related to the User-ID feature.

I'm not sure what the max value is, but I have a log with a sequence number of 7064826507313355923, so it can get pretty big...

Any idea how is this calculated ? will it rollover ?
