This was seen while mounting the raid partitions, specifically /dev/sd9. After referring the documentation existing on Palo Alto community, in the link&nbsp;<A href="https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000wkxPCAQ&amp;lang=en_US%E2%80%A9." target="_blank">https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000wkxPCAQ&amp;lang=en_US%E2%80%A9.&nbsp;</A></P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>The problem is that, in the documentation, we see that the status should be showing spare rebuilding. But it shows us the status Active Sync. We have consulted the TAC as well, but to no luck. A screenshot has been attached with this post that describes the error we see.&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Any help would be greatly appreciated.
