can we install PAN-OS directly from 9.1.4 to 10.1.6 h3 successfully in single time

I have one query like we are currently on 9.1.4 PAN-OS version and we are planning to upgrade to 10.1.6 h3 version. so can we install directly from 9.1.4 to 10.1.6 h3 successfully in single time or else do we need to first upgrade to 10.1.0 first and then to 10.1.6 h3 .

you can't install 10.1.6 directly. You have to install 10.0 first. Below is a reference from documentation:
