&lt;P&gt;Try the factory reset again. Also if its in FIPS mode, the defaults password is paloalto.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a PA 200 to get some practice for my exam&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i configured it but forget my pw so i done a factory reset and since getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PA-HDF login. i entered admin admin and getting incorrect pw&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached the file&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;please advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agree with &lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27580"&gt;@OtakarKlier&lt;/a&gt;, factory reset should do the trick, This used to happen with my PA-200 quite often due to issues with the SSD&lt;/P&gt;</description>
