I have purchased a PA 200 to get some practice for my exam

i configured it but forget my pw so i done a factory reset and since getting

PA-HDF login. i entered admin admin and getting incorrect pw

I have attached the file

please advise

Hello,

Try the factory reset again. Also if its in FIPS mode, the defaults password is paloalto.

Agree with @OtakarKlier, factory reset should do the trick, This used to happen with my PA-200 quite often due to issues with the SSD
