topic PA-3401 and PA-5410 at HA with virtual wires interface need restart to be up in Next-Generation Firewall Discussions

When I deploy high availability PA-3410 and PA-5410 with virtual wires configured in the interface, I often encounter situations where the virtual wires interface of the second firewall added to the high availability group cannot be UP after the first firewall is working properly, while interfaces configured in other modes can be UP. This configuration mode was also common in the previous 3200 and 5200 series, but the previous 3200 and 5200 did not encounter situations where the virtual wires interface cannot be UP during high availability deployment. Finally, after rebooting the second firewall, the virtual wires located in the high availability group can be UP, and the interface color in the UI will turn green, just like other normal interfaces. May I ask what the reason is? Have similar situations been encountered in other areas as well?
