Not able to download PCNSe certificate and badge?

Hello Palo Alto Team,

Todays, I have successfully completed PCNSE certificate. But not able to found on palo alto portal . Are we need to integrated certificate with palo alto portal. And any benefits, when I integrate it in portal.

Hi,

I also not able to download it. When i send email, it mentioned only 5 business days but it is more than 10 business days already. Before this i can download it fast. Now after recertified, i can't download it. Hope can fix this asap.

I have successfully completed Palo Alto NGFW Engineer certificate. But not able to download the certificate from certmetrics instead i was advised to download fom credly yet there is nothing please help.

I had to e-mail support. After a waiting period of about 14 days they eventually created a new credly badge accept link.
