How do I obtain Pan OS 10.2 for study of PCNSA certification?

I have barely started PCNSA and I find that I am missing application features like administrator profiles for virtual services. So I cant practice this.

The study guide states that its designed for v10.2 How do I obtain it, even temporarily?

Who do I contact, how do I do this please?

Better see this post I made as the link to the NDG labs may do the job for what you need and you can book a workshop for the NGFW that will focus more on the new stuff like machine learning etc.:
