I believe you are referring to the PAN 800 series firewall. To meet your requirements, you will need to have licenses for Threat prevention and URL filtering. Additionally, the firewall has a support plan that covers both hardware and software issues, including GlobalProtect. For Web filtering is Advanced URL filtering License

For Malware attack is Advanced Threat prevention license, this include Antivirus, AntiSpyware and Vulnerability protection

For Global protect, the Firewall include without license include Window and MacOS support, if you want for linux, Android, IOS, IOT, Clientless VPN and other features you need the Global protect Gateway license
