wslivehls.com and ourhttps.com cannot be resolved

Hi ALL,
We are a CDN company that provides streaming services to our customers. wslivehls.com and ourhttps.com are our domain names, but they have been blocked by PaloAlto. What's wrong with them? Please help unblock it.

Check out the URL Filtering Test-A-Site. Both sites pop up as C2. You can submit a category review after entering both sites.
