Hi guys,

I'm at a coffee shop and using their public wifi to connect to my company GP VPN. I was able to enter my credentials and MFA. The GP showed that I'm connected, but I'm not able to connect to my company's local stuff and can't browse the internet while connected. The GP client also popped up a message below every few minutes:

After 20 minutes, I decided to switch to my cell phone's hotspot wifi, I'm able to connect to GP, my company local stuff, and browse internet without issue.

It sounds like the coffee shop's wifi issue. I just collected the 'Debug level logs' from GP client of my laptop. From the logs, where do I need look to confirm it's coffee shop's wifi issue?

Thanks.

Hello @tinhnho ,

Have you allowed SSL mode for GP?

If yes, you connect to the hotspot, and downgrade to SSL mode and you can confirm it is the hotspot blocking ipsec traffic (probably the case).
