      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Premium Support should entitle you to next day delivery, based on cutoff time of when RMA is processed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Example... if shipping cutoff happens at 8pm at night, RMA would need to be processed by 7pm. to allow replacement part to be retrieved from warehouse and properly packaged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Delivery is not early delivery (8am), but next business day, which could be as late as 6pm (whenever delivery company drops off)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that I am providing you what I believe, but I am not in TAC or within PANW, but based on past technical support positions, I have had, this is a very reasonable timeline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
