Hello, is there any firewall sizing tools which i can download where i can measure which firewall fits best to my request, by traffic pattern feature use

There is no tool that I know. What I do for customers is use the Product Summary Specsheet. https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/resources/datasheets/product-summary-specsheet

It has the throughput and Threatput™ numbers. With regard to decryption, you can reach out to your PANW SE, or just add a cushion. The NGFWs released in the last few years don't get bogged down too much.
