      <description>&lt;P&gt;May be a bit late for some but this issue turned out to be with Microsoft pushing certs with a broken cert chain. In the Decryption logs you can search for&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;(err_index eq Certificate) and ( root_status eq 'untrusted' ) For our case it was with the following&amp;nbsp; ( issuer_cn eq 'Microsoft Azure RSA TLS Issuing CA 08' ). We contacted MS and they fixed the cert issue on their side. Another option would've been uploading and trusting the cert in Panorama and pushing to devices but that of course could lead to other issues such as if the cert was compromised or revoked and then we would sit there with that bad cert if we didnt catch it in time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
