We recently implemented a PA-450 firewall box in the organization and well knows URLs are getting marked as not-resolved and traffic getting blocked in Advanced URL Filtering. Any certain configurations we need to modify to avoid this? Find more info from the attached SS.

out of the curiosity, I went through URL logs to see what URLs are categorized as "not-resolved". I could see a few domains, however noting for google.com subdomains. I came across this KB: Major sites such as docs.google.com getting blocked with URL category 'not-resolved'.

Could you check that KB to see you might be hitting that scenario?
