Good Day

The screen capture you uploaded shows that a password change was required to be performed, along with a commit.

I have seen this on my customer projects.

I am not seeing/understanding a connection between a user account and the inability to access the FW.
Dataplane traffic is different from management plane traffic (and an admin account is management plane)

Perhaps we are not understanding the challenge you are experiencing.
Please feel free to add additional information as needed, and we would be glad to assist you further.

Thank you for your message!!

A temp user account was created using TACAS username. The device attempting to be reached is no longer accessible to the user. Is there any work around for the particular issue?
