Android & iOS devices are bypassing the captive portal

Im using PA 450 for college wifi campus.

All mobile phone users are redirecting to the captive portal page. After that they are getting connected to the Wifi without entering there credentials. Web-browsing are not working but they are using Instagram, FB, Youtube apps etc.

So please help me how to prevent it.

Hi @Srinibas_09 ,

As @Brandon_Wertz mentioned in the general discussion area CP only redirect web traffic (ports 80 and 443). Non-web applications can simply route around the portal's redirection.
To block these applications, you need to implement a more robust security policy on your firewall that denies all non-essential traffic until a user has been authenticated.
