Hi Guys,

I have a case in which customer not able to access Karnataka gov websites.

We have created any-any test rule as well. Despite that still website not accessible.

Also, not able to see any packets drop counter and pcaps on firewall.

In traffic logs, I can see application incomplete and session end reason as aged-out.

If you bypass the firewall completely and just go directly out are you able to reach the site? This seems more like they could have possibly just blocked your source IP/block and are just dropping your traffic.

Hello @BPry ,

Sure, I ask customer to check this as well. But for now, I have asked them to check from ISP if those websites are blocked by it or not.
