Which model is the rack mount kit for the PA-510?

In the datasheet, the rack mount kit for the PA-510 is listed as “PAN-PA-400-RACKTRAY”, but in the technical documentation, it’s written as “PAN-1RU-4POST-RACK-10.”
Is there a qualified Palo Alto Networks staff member who can confirm which one is actually correct?

Honestly, Palo Alto could really be more careful—this kind of inconsistency in the documentation is quite unprofessional.

Hi @Thomas_Ho ,

In the product information sheet I have (product export information) I can find the “PAN-PA-400-RACKTRAY”, but NOT the “PAN-1RU-4POST-RACK-10”

So my guess is that PAN-PA-400-RACKTRAY is correct.

This is what I was talking about — Palo Alto is so unprofessional that even their documentation is full of errors.
