&lt;P&gt;It's possible that this could be a GUI/state mismatch rather than telemetry actually failing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Id verify the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;show device-telemetry stats all
show device-telemetry details
show device-certificate status&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also refresh telemetry:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;request device-telemetry reload-config-now&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
