    <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not exactly clear from the picture above, but it appears that the original poster was trying to setup an Email Server Profile for sending SMTP messages from the Paloalto over a SSL/TLS connection to the mail server. The connection appears to be failing because the SSL/TLS certificate provided by the mail server is not trusted by the PaloAlto.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to verify that the SSL certificate on the mail server is valid and issued by a CA trusted by the PaloAlto. If the certificate is issued by an internal CA, then you need to load the CA (and intermediate) certificate on the PA as a trusted certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
