It is not exactly clear from the picture above, but it appears that the original poster was trying to setup an Email Server Profile for sending SMTP messages from the Paloalto over a SSL/TLS connection to the mail server. The connection appears to be failing because the SSL/TLS certificate provided by the mail server is not trusted by the PaloAlto.

You would need to verify that the SSL certificate on the mail server is valid and issued by a CA trusted by the PaloAlto. If the certificate is issued by an internal CA, then you need to load the CA (and intermediate) certificate on the PA as a trusted certificate.
