    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ask the tech support but they told me the only solution is to take out the hard disk and find the serial number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to find the serial number on palo alto firewall but not sure why it does not have this command &lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;debug system disk-smart-info &amp;lt;specify disk&amp;gt;"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on panorama.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, can I know how to get the hard disk serial number from panorama using cli?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the command "&lt;SPAN class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark"&gt;show&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;system raid detail" but it only show model number of hard disk.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is also no such command "&lt;SPAN&gt;debug system disk-smart-info &amp;lt;specify disk&amp;gt;" in panorama. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any idea on which other command I can use?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also not aware of a command to show the serial. But the question to me mainly is, for what would you need the serial number of the harddrive?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
