Hi community,

In our Panorama M-200 appliance we are seeing HA1 Connection down system logs for HA. I am unable to see any interface details in the panorama, Kindly help me troubleshoot in this case.

Hello @suba_muthuram

This is very strange, are you sure it is your M-200 log? Surely they are not logs from some firewall to manage with your PANORAMA M-200, since PANORAMA M-200 does not have an HA1 interface... firewalls do, but PANORAMA M-200 does not... for Panorama's HA, you use the MGT interface.

Check your logs well, I think it's something from your firewalls.

Greetings

Hello @suba_muthuram

as a next step, I would go through logs in CLI:

less mp-log ha_agent.log

less mp-log ms.log

Based on time stamps, it looks like that HA breaking happens regularly in 2 hours 15 minutes intervals. What is the infrastructure between both M-200 appliances? Is there any high volume traffic at regular intervals to saturate links to cause HA heartbeat to fail?

Kind Regards

Pavel
